Andrey Margolin, Vice-Rector of the Presidential Academy, held a working meeting with a delegation from the Sichuan Institute of Public Administration, led by Zheng Yong, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs.
During the talks, the parties discussed promising formats for cooperation, including the launch of joint master's programs, the development of student academic mobility, research and practical conferences, and management training. Representatives of the different institutes of the Presidential Academy continued the discussion at the level of their respective fields, presenting specific initiatives to their Chinese colleagues:

organizing short- and long-term academic mobility programs,

holding summer and winter schools for Academy students,

organizing training programs for civil servants in Sichuan Province.
"Following the recent visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to China, our countries confirmed their commitment to further expanding humanitarian cooperation. "The declaration of 2026 as the Year of Russian-Chinese Education creates additional opportunities for universities. I hope that today's talks with the Sichuan Institute of Administrative Studies will be the starting point for joint educational projects and a long-term partnership," — noted Vice-Rector Andrey Margolin.
The Sichuan Institute of Public Administration is a higher education institution located in Chengdu. The university specializes in training personnel in public and municipal administration and also offers advanced training programs for civil servants in Sichuan Province.
